Safety Feature

To ensure the safe operation of electronic devices, safety measures on printed circuit boards are essential. EMIStream version 7.0 has enhanced the safety features and adds (1) Insulation Distance Check, (2) Resist Opened Insulation Distance Check, and (3) IC Ground Area Report.

Insulation Distance Check

Insulation Distance Check checks whether the required isolation distance is maintained for each group.

Resist Opened Insulation Distance

Resist Opened Insulation Distance Check also checks distance between exposed areas over the solder masks.

IC Ground Area Report.

IC Ground Area Report calulates the ground area and ratio under each individual IC, and also outputs the result to excel.
